I grew up watching my father, a commercial real estate developer, help his clients buy, sell, and develop different types of properties from industrial parks to orange groves; and my mother was Vice President for a custom home builder.
So, it was no surprise when I eventually left my teaching career to sell new construction homes with one of the top-rated national home builders. In my first year, I sold over $4 million in the Orlando area.
With my background as a teacher, I carry the same qualities and principles to serve my Real Estate customers. I advocate for my customers just as I do for my students.
I understand there is no single approach to selling or buying a home, and great customer service is when you do for a customer everything you can after you've done everything you're supposed to.
In a nutshell, I live by two simple philosophies, “If there’s a will there’s a way.” and “People will forget what you say. People will forget what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel.”
Melissa was wonderful to work with! She was very responsive and attentive and never pushy. We ended up buying a home in the middle of our budget after considering homes at the top end. Despite not making the same commission that she would have had we purchased at the top of our range, Melissa never pushed us to buy the more expensive homes we considered, rather she encouraged us to go in the direction we were truly comfortable with. I highly recommend her services!

I highly recommend Melissa. She got me thousands more for my old house than 3 other realtors told me I could get. You're not a number to her. She makes it a personal experience. She doesn't want to sell you a new house she wants to find you the perfect home. On both buying and selling she kept everything on track and kept me updated. Thanks, Melissa for all your hard work!
